How can we help is the question that got us started. We saw a population of individuals looking for options, solutions even to the rat race that they were trapped in. That's why we continue to look for ways to better serve you. We want our clients to be the most efficient with their time spent in the gym, at home and at work. We promote balance in life and work to teach how diet, exercise, rest and stress management all work together to make a healthier you.
In addition to our passion for health and wellness, our team has put forth the time, resources and efforts to obtain quality certifications and degrees to better serve our clients. Clients can be assured that our staff has invested in the work that we do.
Kerri is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She also holds a Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, concentrating in Rehabilitation Science. In addition, she is a Certified Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist through Fit for Birth, and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist through ACE, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
Kerri is a mom of 4, 2 of which she birthed. In addition to training she enjoys sports, outdoors and travel. Her training philosophy is, in order to get something you have never had, you have to be willing to do something you have never done.
Stanley come to us with over 7 years of experience coaching adult swimmers, triathletes, and children. As the coach for Voyager Academy for the past 3 seasons, Stanley has seen his swimmers make it to the NC State 1A Championships and 2 qualify for finals.
Stanley was named the 2015-2016 coach of the year for the North Central Athletic Conference. He is passionate about teaching life saving skills and growing swimmers potential.
Our Super Mom Program is the house for our one on one training with our prenatal and postpartum mothers. Guided by a certified Pre and Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist, each mother will receive the necessary direction to help her achieve not only her health and wellness goals, but also labor and delivery goals.
Exercise is so important for the mom to be and the new mom, and we like to be that breath of fresh air that is often needed after having a baby. Enter our FitMom class. FitMom was designed specifically for the postpartum mom. Allowing mom to connect with other mothers that are on the same journey as them, FitMom allows mom not only to reconnect with her body, but also reconnect with herself through meaningful adult interaction and exercise.
